For me, mountain bike instruction is about "connection, not competition." Connection with your bike, the outdoors, your partner, your friends, yourself ... and your community.
So, blending two deep personal passions — mountain biking and learning & development — helps me create an inviting, inclusive environment for anyone who wants to grow their skills and enjoy their time on the trail, at whatever riding level is ideal for you.
As a Level 2 BICP-certified coach, I can help your skill growth from fundamentals to advanced levels. So, you can enjoy mountain biking as an accessible, lifelong activity, at every level.
If you like, we can take the concept of connection even further. As a Gallup-certified StrengthsFinder coach, I can work with individuals or groups to show you how your individual strengths as a person, translate to your strengths as a rider.
Private coaching created to meet your personal learning needs by individualizing coaching just for you, your learning style, as well as your goals. You won't get boxed into a one-size-fits-all program, my coaching matches you personally, right where your skills and goals are.
Coaching sessions will include on-bike coaching as well as reps, observation, didactic discussion, video review and breakdown, take home learning tools.

We created our mini clinics to introduce you to key skills and skill steps. We will teach you skills that can be directly applied to your trail riding whether your riding is just for fun and adventure, XC racing, enduro racing, or simply to make riding more fun by adding skills that will level your riding up.
